- Inquire your result from the official website:
After two days we completed your exam results, you can log inhttp://www.vue.com/authenticate
to inquire your test results. Fill in the validation and
registration you provided to us, then you can see the details including
your name, tested subject, tested time and so on.
- Through the websites of hardware suppliers:
After three days you completed the test, your test results will be sent
to the data base of related software and hardware suppliers. You can
use their websites to inquire for more detailed information such as
your registered email, mailing address for certificates and the mailing
status for your certificate.

procedure of CIW Identification
- All of the Microsoft Identification test results can be inquired from
the Hong Kong branch of Microsoft by phone. Tel#:00801-855-336.You can
inquire your MCP ID, password and the process of certificate obtaining
status easily.

procedure for Microsoft Website(Microsoft.NET Strategy):
- Interface of Microsoft official grade website(https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp),
you have to register it and make NET Passport Email as your account
for login.
- Please select non-MCP member if you log in it at first time.
- Input your member data, then press Continue button, and next, go
to your Email to receive a letter which needs be verified and press
Link.
- After click activate link, a verification page will pop up, then
click "continue"
- Type in your MCP ID and Access code (Microsoft will e-mail this
information to you after you taking the examination)
- Then receive the verification in you e-mail, click to activating
link.
- Regularly enter, select Program Benefits => welcome kits to verify
your certificate.

Prosoft training website has facilitated a new function for all of our
CIW learners! You can inquire your CIW certificate status via internet,
such as your CIW certificate mailing status and renew your personal information
(like your contacting address, Tel # and email, etc.). All you have to
do is to log on http://www.ciwcertified.com
and enter "Transcripts & Certification candidate information". You
have to register an account for your first entry. All the information
needed for registration is shown on the transcript provided by prometric
and please fill in the required information honestly. You will be able
to log on and inquire after completing your registration successfully.
