TEST104 Online Membership Contract

1.I have understood that I can use the services provided.
  on TEST104 after registering as an online member.
  This presents that I have agreed to accept all the online 
  member policies provided by the authorities, and to obey 
  related ROC laws and all international online policies 
2.I have to leave accurate information while registering
  for my membership. If the administrator has found any 
  dishonest information or expired information, TEST 104
  will hold back my online membership and all related rights
  to use their services. If one uses a fake account and has 
  violated our other clients and cost TEST104's loss, TEST104
  will hole their rights to prosecute and provide related
  information to related institutions for investigations.
3.To protect my personal rights, I have to keep my
  account and password secretly. If I happened to lose it,
  I have to contact TEST104 immediately for my own rights. 
  Besides,I have to be cautious not to disclose my personal
  information, payment information (including my credit card
  details) and my membership password. If I have found
  illegal usages of my account or password, or any unusual
  security violated situations occurring from my account, I
  have to contact the administration system immediately. I am
  supposed to bear the full responsibility for not contacting 
  TEST104 to prevent or repair the system promptly.
4.I have agreed to accept the 'privacy policies'of TEST104
  website, and all of the information I left and saved on the
  website will be strictly protected, and I can remain my
  authorizations if necessary.
5.All of the latest changes of this contract will be announced
  on Test104 website. If the member does not agree with 
  submitted content, he may have to consider stop receiving 
  the services provided by TEST104. If the member keeps on
  accepting the services provided, then the member will be
  regarded as he has agreed and accepted the latest regulations.
6.After your payment is confirmed, TEST104 will start to arrange
  related authorization process, and all of the orders will be
  processed in one day by email. Besides unusual conditions,
  all merchandise will be sent out in one day (except for 
  national holidays), and I will receive the authorization and 
  order number of my merchandise.If there are any specific 
  changes for transferring or processing, it will be announced 
  on the main website.
7.All merchandise provided by TEST104 have to be purchased 
  online, and I can choose to pay my payment with (1)ATM
  Transfer; (2)Credit Card.
8.I am not allowed to use any illegal methods to destroy or 
  violate the information and functions provided on TEST104. 
  I am strictly regulated not to attempt or hack into any 
  systems or I will be sued according to the laws.
9.An online member shall understand and agree that TEST 104 
  may be dysfunctional due to the errors of software or hardware
  equipments, operations or undeniable natural calamities from
  the company, cooperated suppliers, or related telecom 
  networks.It may lead to failure of connection, delaying,
  errors to finformation ransmit, or fake information due to the
  illegal hacking by the third party. Under such circumstance,
  an online member is not all owedto ask for any refunds
  or redemption.
10.I have agreed that all of the bargaining behaviors are based
   on the digital information shown on the website. If any
   conflicts occurred, digital bargaining record will be
   regarded as the standard.
11.After receiving my payment, TEST104 will contact me with my
   contacting number and send my merchandise to my appointed
   email.I have to confirm if I have received the correct
   merchandise when I received the confirmation letter sent by
   the system to protect my shopping rights.
12.I am not allowed to copy, transmit, spread, rent or sell any 
   information on TEST104 website before its authorization.
   Besides,I have to follow related regulations such as telecom
   laws and so on. Test104 is allowed to pursue refunds for my 
   violations according to related laws.
13.Besides obeying this contract, you shall agree to obey all of
   the bargaining policies published on our website. If one 
   fails to keep up with it, TEST104 will hold back his 
   membership and related rights. Please agree to adjust those 
   new changes on the contract in the future too.
14.Any policy can function individually under all conditions.
