To update personal information (except name and candidate ID#) - select "update personal information" and enter updates. Once updates are completed select the "submit" button at the bottom of the page.

To request updates to spelling of candidates names select "New incident" and submit the request to the CertTracker administrator. Provide your user ID#, current spelling and correct spelling of your name as you would like it to appear.

From the CertTracker Home Page select "Publish Certification". You will need to provide an email address where you want the notification to be sent, identify the certification(s) you want to validate, add a note (if you want to) and agree to release the data.

From the CertTracker HOME PAGE - select "Supporting Requirements", then select "Certification Agreement". View the agreement - then select the "YES, I agree" button to accept the agreement and record your acceptance in CertTracker. If you DO NOT accept the agreement you will not be awarded any Symantec Certifications, as the agreement is required for all Certifications. The Certification agreement is accepted only ONE time and is applied toward all Symantec Certifications.

To view your exam information select "HISTORY". While in the History View - Select criteria in the two drop down menus. Under "View" - select "EXAM" and under "For the Last __ Days" Select "ALL". This will display your complete Symantec exam history.

Candidates must notify Symantec of their CISSP certification. A scanned copy of the CISSP Certificate should be submitted via email to "certification@symantec.com". Once received, Symantec will enter the Certification information in CertTracker. If candidate cannot provide a scanned copy - written authorization must be provided to Symantec to obtain certification confirmation from ISC2.

First confirm that you have completed all Certification requirements to be awarded the kit. To confirm this select "Certification Progress" to view your Certification status. If you have met the requirements you can view the status of your kit fulfillment by selecting "History"-. In the History view select criteria of "fulfillment" in the menu. If you do not see information for your kit you can create and submit a new "Incident in CertTracker to request follow up by Symantec Certification Team.

To request replacement components select "New Incident" from the CertTracker Home page. Document exactly which components you request for shipment. Your request will be submitted to the administrator for approval and processing. You can track the status of your request through "History'' by sorting on "fulfillment". You will also receive a response to your "Incident" submission.

"Candidate ID" is used to register for Prometric Exams and for initial (default) login for CertTracker. The "Internal ID" is for Symantec internal use only and is not used by candidates.
